Process

The material is tested online for the pre-treatment effectiveness; coating thickens by controlling through wet and dry coating elcometers. The paint mixing and viscosity is maintained through computer-controlled mechanism. The uniformity of paint thickness along the width is ensured through automatically adjustable rollers. The peak metered temperature attainment is done with PLC’s and cross verification with thermo papers / sensors.

The color conformity is checked with visual inspection online. In case of specific colors the computer controlled spectrometer is used for color conformity.
