Quality Control

Quality and Customer Satisfaction are the topmost priority at Intermetal. Quality assurance is attained with control mechanism at three stages.

Raw Materials:

Coils

It is ensured that the coils purchased are all tension-leveled coils confirming to the International specifications, certified as suitable for coil coating. The certification for conformity of chemical and mechanical composition is also obtained.
* Detail specifications of each product can be furnished on request.

Paints

Paints are procured from European suppliers who are members of ECCA and are supplying products confirming to International Standards. These paints are to be backed up by the long-term performance, warranty and test results.
