Process

The base metal coils either of the Galvanize or Aluminum are loaded on the uncoiler and then it is passed through rigorous cleaning and the pre-treatment making the material ready to take the final coats which are applied on it during the process of the roller coating. This process involves application primer, the Topcoat and the Back coat. The material is passed through the roller-coating machine, which consist of the pick up roller and the applicator roller. The applicator roll finally applied the same to the substrate once it is picked up and passed on the coils by the pick up roller. The back coat application can be done simultaneously or during the application of the primer. The painter coil surface is then made to pass through the oven and is subjected to attain the peak metal temperature and in the process it is ensured that solvents are completely evaporated and the dry film thickness is formed on the coil surface. These coils are finally cooled by the chiller once they are out of the oven and finally wound on the coilers.
